Because all finished items from The Make Room are handmade and created specifically for each customer, all sales on finished projects are final and non-refundable.

Before any custom project begins, all design details—including colors, size, and pattern—are reviewed and confirmed to ensure your piece reflects your preferences. Once work has started, changes and cancellations cannot be accommodated.
